RETURN POLICY
No Refunds · No Returns · Exchanges Only
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the limited nature of our merchandise and the made-to-order production of certain items, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Please review all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
We do offer exchanges for eligible items—see below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
The request is submitted within 30 days of the shipment date
The item is unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
The item has no stains, odors, pet hair, or visible damage
The item is not a final sale, mystery box, limited edition, or event-only item
If approved, you may exchange the item for:
Approved exchanges may only be made for the same item.
For apparel, exchanges may be made for the same item in an alternate size if the requested size is in stock.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items marked Final Sale, Mystery Packs/Boxes, or Clearance
Items purchased at festivals, concerts, or live events
Items returned in used, damaged, or non-resellable condition
International orders requesting exchanges
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the defect
Packaging images (if applicable)
If approved, we will replace the item with the same product. In the event that the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the damaged item.
Defective items may require return shipping depending on the situation.
4. How to Submit an Exchange Request
Email our support team at shop@rorykramer.com with:
Full name
Order number
Item you want to exchange
Reason for exchange
Whether you want a new size or same item exchange
You will receive instructions and a return address once the exchange is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. International Orders
Due to high shipping costs and customs limitations we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international orders, except in the case of damaged/defective merchandise.
6. Event Merchandise – All Sales Final
All merchandise purchased at festivals, concerts, or live events is FINAL SALE.
We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for event merchandise unless the item is defective. In the case of a defect, proof of purchase is required, and the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future purchases.
